What you'll do


* Lead with Purpose: Act as a Scrum Master and Change Leader, guiding cross-functional teams through Agile and SAFe principles.


* Drive Improvement: Challenge the organization to continuously improve ways of working and embed a strong working structure.

Essential for the role


* Proven experience (5-10 years) in project leadership, Scrum Mastery, and change management.


* Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile, Scrum, and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) methodologies.


* Hands-on experience with Jira and Product Data Management (PDM) systems.


* A structured, proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.


* Experience in or strong understanding of the Building Automation industry.
