We are searching for the best talent for our Front End Innovation Platform Lead position in Groningen, the Netherlands.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:



* Owns the development and implementation of solutions to complex or highly visible situations; serves as a technical mentor throughout R&D; creates opportunities for others to learn.

Proactively implements new technologies for specific applications within R&D; raises awareness of new technologies on a broader basis.


* Designs and manages multiple complex experiments and/or processes.

Creates specifications for complex situations with justifications; approves as appropriate Oversees process transfer based on expert knowledge


* Leads complex functional projects to achieve project deliverables; leads team to overcome project challenges; provides expertise and guidance to functional project teams
