The Senior Supervisor will have overall responsibility for the maintenance and reliability of the pharmacy automation equipment while working in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities


* Monitor equipment performance software and or applications to minimize downtime and maximize patient service.


* Monitor and engage the team to improve Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).


* Act as the first level of Management Response.


* Build strong teams through continuous training/development for the team.

Evaluate team and individual performance.


* Conduct one on one meetings with direct reports and provide feedback for end of year reviews.


* Collect, analyze and issue corrective actions as needed for routine daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual operating reports.


* Oversee and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred


* 2-5 years of relevant working experience


* Experience leading within an industrial maintenance or reliability team.


* Computer knowledge including MS Office application


* Demonstrated ability to lead a workgroup or project team


* Results-oriented coupled with the ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously


* Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing processes, responsibilities, work environments as well as making independent decisions quickly.


* Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and leadership


* Effective motivator and self-starter


* Excellent planning and organizational skills


* Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include various shifts and or weekend days.


* Willing to travel up to 10%.
