Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Product Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team.
This role involves developing and implementing the growth strategy for WAVE products within the Americas vertical.
Responsibilities include conducting market research, driving product innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
The candidate will manage the product lifecycle, monitor performance metrics, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities involve overseeing product roadmaps, ensuring regulatory compliance, streamlining the product portfolio, and supporting the integration of acquired product lines and merger and acquisition activities.
Responsibilities:
* Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
* Market Knowledge: Conduct market research to understand segmentation, customers, market size, and competitors, as well as monitor regulatory and legislative policies.
* Industry Leadership: Determine long-term annual revenue/growth goals for market segments and own industry operational plans.
* Drive Innovation: Develop strategies for new product development and establish multi-generation product plans for ceiling integration.
* Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product line's life cycle from launch until phase out, including integrating acquired product lines and M&A activity.
* Market Research and Customer Visits: Conduct quality audits and market research supported by customer visits.
* Compliance and Technical Validation: Ensure products are sold in accordance with current requirements and validate technical information.
* Product Roadmap and Simplification: Develop and implement product roadmaps and simplify the product offering.
* Market Incubation: Create growth opportunities focusing on system-based solutions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Experience in the data center and containment market is preferred.
* Knowledge of regulatory and legislative policies.
* Strong project management and strategic thinking skills.
