Duties and Responsibilities


* Manage and schedule day-to-day team activities.


* Understanding quarterly manufacturing output requirements.


* Ensure reporting team is focused on supporting quarterly manufacturing goals.


* Provide guidance and improvement recommendations associated with production assemblies/processes.


* Provide technical support for machine programming, debug, preventative maintenance and/or troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.


* Management of improvement projects.


* Determine root cause and implement preventative/corrective actions for manufacturing issues.


* Provide technical expertise in accordance with IPC 610 in the area of solder joint quality, reliability, and PCB footprints.


* Provide support of DFM and DFT efforts.


* Ensure that issues are documented to drive improvements.


* Document carry-over reports to ensure there is an active working relationship between production shifts.


* Individual may be required to work directly on the manufacturing line to ensure company goals are satisfied.


* Other projects and assignments as assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company.
