Credit Manager

What you will do:


* As a finance business partner leverage the sales growth and risk exposure for SE Hong Kong & Macau's business


* Drive the overall collection to manage DSO, Cashflow & Working Capital


* Negotiate & monitor the AR overdue with all the relevant stakeholders with proper action plans


* Credit assessment of all existing and new clients


* Lead the monthly review meeting with senior stakeholders for all disputes and collection related topics.


* Subject Matter Expert on credit, cash flow & insurance on project-based business & carry out risk assessment for new projects.


* Key owner to manage on the insurance's program, and the issuance of bonds


* Drive and monitor on the overall accounts receivable & billing function including team management (team size - 3 direct reports)


* Ensure customer's Rebate validation for product's business.


* Management of internal and external audit issues for Credit & Account Receivable Function.


* Support all the digitization initiatives, including current SAP implementation of Schneider HK subsidiary.


* Ensure the standard routines and tasks are followed in line with company's policies & procedures.


* Process improvement in order to enhance the effectiveness.

Qualifications

Requirement:


* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines


* Minimum 8-10 years' relevant experience at least 3-5 years at supervisory level, with background in construction / engineering /Energy management sectors will be an advantage


* Proactiveness, Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


* Knowledge and practical experience on integrated ERP systems (Oracle and SAP)


* Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)


* Ability to work in team and with other functional areas, stakeholder management, Able to challenge the team/stakeholders (constructively)


* Good managerial skills to drive the team towards performance and development.
