ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Dietary Cook:


* Reliable and punctual attendance is essential; expected to be at job as scheduled each scheduled day.


* Communicate necessary information to others as appropriate.


* Prepare meals according to therapeutic diet.


* Follow standardized recipes according to menu.


* Organize meal preparation to accommodate meal times set by department.


* Follow and meet HACCP and Mesa County Health Department sanitation standards during meal preparation.


* Perform any additional job request that a Supervisor may ask in order for the resident meals to be served on time.


* Other job related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

 

Education

High School Diploma, GED or verification of current enrollment preferred.

Equivalent combination of experience.  Must be 16 years of age.
