Mizuho AI Center Of Acceleration team are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM) Technical Lead to join our dynamic team.

 As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging generative models and LLMs.

You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven products and services that address complex business challenges.  This role requires a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and deliver high-impact solutions, with a particular focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:


* Lead the design, development, and deployment of business solutions using GenAI and LLM’s.


* Lead multiple execution teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction.


* Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.


* Set clear goals and expectations for team members, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.


* Ensure adherence to best practices in data science, machine learning, and software development.


* Champion the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes, with an emphasis on GenAI and LLMs.

Project Management:


* Oversee the integration of GenAI and LLM solutions into production systems, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability.


* Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and plan data science initiatives.


* Manage end-to-end data science projects, from ideation to deployment and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.


* Track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Technical Execution:



* Develop and deploy GenAI and LLM solutions to address specific business needs, leveraging state-of-the-art frameworks and techniques.


* Monitor and evaluate model performance in production, making necessary adjustments and improvements.


* Implement rigorous validation and testing procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of models.


* Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and statistical models, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and performance.


* Conduct thorough data exploration and analysis to understand data patterns, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
