Engineering (Technical) Specialist

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Maintain, upgrade, and conduct routine evaluations of engineering tools, software, and inspection equipment; coordinate annual maintenance with third-party providers.
* Provide technical assistance across departments, resolve engineering issues, and prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) for product rewiring and conversion requests.
* Manage repair and life cycle care projects, and collaborate with the R&D team to implement product enhancements.
* Maintain and update Global and Local Work Instructions (GWIs and LWIs) to ensure alignment with engineering standards.
* Determine project scope, budget, and schedule; perform design calculations, coordinate activities, and document design criteria.
* Participate in or lead lean and six sigma improvement teams to drive project success and continuous improvement.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* 1800 hours of technical education or equivalent
* Three (3) - Six (6) years of related experience
* Legal authorization to work in the United States
