Renaissance Milwaukee West, a premium distinctive hotel is seeking an energized and curious minded Beverage and Food Attendant to join our team in Eldr+Rime's Market for Breakfast Service.

Eldr+Rime is a one-of-a-kind, destination restaurant showcasing new American cuisine inspired by modern Scandinavian lifestyle and culinary techniques.

Eldr+Rime, which loosely translates to Fire+Ice, highlights grilling over live fire and wood oven roasting while also offering delectable seafood prepared over ice.

Role Summary:


* Provide guests with a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely experience within the beverage and food outlets (i.e., restaurant market, lobby bar, and in-room dining).

 Maintain cleanliness and order of beverage and food outlets, assisting in both front of house and back of house duties.
