Sr. Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

Description & Requirements

Maximus is currently looking for a Temporary Sr.

Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in support of high-volume recruiting and contingent conversions.

The Sr.

Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for outbound calling to qualified candidates to discuss upcoming opportunities, managing high volumes of emails and text messages to coordinate the recruitment process, completing rosters in preparation for day one start dates, and other duties as assigned.

This is a fully remote, limited-service opportunity.

Program Specific Requirements/Preferences:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Recruiting Coordinator required.

- Experience in administrative duties such as sending mass text messages, scheduling, and mass email correspondence required.

- Experience using appointment scheduling tools such as Calendly, You Can Book Me, or Interviewer Assistant required.

- Experience with contingent conversions preferred

- Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Avature preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

- Scheduling experience

- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to work independently

Home Office Requirements:

- Maximus provides company-issued computer equipment

- Reliable high-speed internet service

- Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity

- Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds
- Private and secure workspace

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage qualified candidates for open roles through the utilization of various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

- Communicate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders as applicable to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.

- Update candidate trackers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

- 4+ years of relevant experience required.
