Sr. Engineer, Industrial Engineering

What You Will Do


* Ensure the accurate of SAP data (BOM/routing/packaging data ...

), and meet complement lead time .


* Routing/ST monthly review and analysis: for Paid efficiency and labor efficiency is over 100% to take actions .


* Work with cross team to meet the goals of IE in terms of productivity improvement, lean project cost saving .


* Be responsible for new line setting up/Maintenance/line layout/Routing/line balancing/effi.

Improvement/std time/scrap rate improvement/IE knowledge training .


* Fully responsible for IE responsibilities in terms of quality & response time


* Quotation support for new project and provide the accurate process time to make our cost more competitive


* Implement the EHS related requirement in IE department .

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* BS, major in Industrial Engineering .


* At least 6 years work experience with IE related, Basic knowledge on IE skills, .


* Good communication skills .


* Familiarity with Kaizen/Lean improvement and goo d layout design skill .


* Knowledge of MES operation system .


* Have strong leadership & problem solving with PDCA .
