Job Summary

We are looking for competitive goal oriented individuals with superior communication skills and the ability to complete individual goals while working in a team environment.  Candidates should demonstrate a capacity to make connections with all types of people and build rapport easily over the phone.

You will need to be persistent and know that with effort, you will win.  Inside Sales Representatives need to have a strong desire to be trained and mentored towards a career in leadership or enterprise sales.  This is a new team with highly experienced leaders.

We are looking for individuals who are excited about building a team, have a track record of success and building their careers from the ground up.

 

Primary Functions:


* Quickly engage prospects on the phone, identify their needs and requirements on a variety of core solutions, price and sell them these solutions


* Create valued business partnerships with customers and convey a firm understanding of customers’ business


* Be able to articulate compelling value propositions around Access services and solutions.


* Create a plan to follow up and qualify inbound leads from events and campaigns conducted by the marketing and Sales Development.


* Develops a sales pipeline to support and exceed annual quotas; manage a pipeline and forecast sales activity in salesforce.com


* Deliver information on programs, promotions and products via phone, email, Webex, etc.
