Communication Change Manager

The Communication Change Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will be responsible for developing comprehensive change management strategies and implementation plans.

This role supports the client's objectives by managing change effectively, bringing leadership and communication expertise to client projects, and building change capability and acceleration.

This position may be located in either Seattle, Washington or Arlington, Virginia.

Essential Functions:

1.

Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes.
3.

Leverage a change management methodology, processes, and tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
4.

Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
5.

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
6.

Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
7.

Create actionable deliverables for core change management including; sponsor, people manager, communications, and training plans.
8.

Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
9.

Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
10.

Support change management at the organizational level.
11.

Develop third party advocates and support and enhance reputation.
12.

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change activities through digital analytics, surveys, and other key performance indicators.
13.

Support the identification, development, and integration of new technologies or initiatives, relating to change communication.
14.

Be responsible for the on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of change communication outcomes.
15.

All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Degree or certification in change management with five years of large-scale organizational change efforts and corporate communication management strategies, principles, methodologies and tools experience.
