MISSION GENERALE:
Dans le cadre de la politique qualité définie par Hermès Parfums, Le(a) Technicien(ne) Qualité Opérationnelle agit en support du Responsable Qualité Opérationnelle conditionnement.

* Gérer le suivi et la résolution des évènements du conditionnement (analyses, blocage PF et/ou ES, réclamation fournisseur, plan d'actions associé, etc) ;
* Assister les équipes du conditionnement dans la résolution des problèmes détectés lors des contrôles et autocontrôles ;
