What You'll Be Doing

As a Structural Revit Modeler, you will:


* Transform initial sketches and concepts from engineers into precise parametric models and detailed drawings that offer insightful perspectives on structural design.


* Skillfully manage and maintain Revit families, annotations, and detail components, while keeping all schedules up to date and dynamic.


* Be responsible for the meticulous organization of views within multiple interconnected Revit models.


* Oversee and ensure the integrity of digital and physical project file storage through effective drawing issue management and diligent maintenance practices.


* Embrace the privilege of being an integral part of the design team, engaging in consistent and clear communication, and executing coordination with confidence and precision.

Your Expertise

You are the ideal candidate if you:


* Are proficient in Revit Structure and AutoCAD 2018 or above, showcasing an in-depth comprehension of these tools' capabilities and applications.


* Understand the intricacies of tagging, annotation, and the utilization of Revit family features.


* Possess the ability to interpret architectural and structural plans with a reactionary eye for detail and a preemptive understanding of the building's structural elements and framing.


* Have a proven background in structural drafting across a varied material palette, including concrete, steel, wood, light-gauge metal, and masonry.


* Are capable of producing complete and polished drawings sourced from annotated prints, engineering notes, and both oral and written directives.


* Communicate effectively and contribute to a team with a positive can-do attitude, prioritizing problem-solving and collaboration.


* Exhibit strong detailing skills and a hunger for continuous learning, staying ahead of the curve in software and technology advancements.


* Are prepared and willing to commit extra hours when required to meet deadlines, managing a substantial workload without compromising on quality.
