Your Impact & Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeper, you play a vital role in the health and happiness of our residents by maintaining a clean, odor-free, and safe environment.
* Facility Care: Maintain all public and common areas throughout the day, including the lobby, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors.
* Resident Spaces: Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are sanitized and kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
* Detail-Oriented Cleaning: Remove dust, dirt, and debris from walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, and handrails.
* Waste Management: Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly throughout the shift.
* Safety First: Utilize proper safety measures, including "Caution" signage, and ensure all cleaning chemicals are stored safely out of reach of residents.
* Equipment Maintenance: Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas clean, sanitary, and orderly.
* Communication: Notify leadership immediately regarding any resident safety concerns or when supplies need to be replenished.
Qualifications:
* Professionalism: Excellent customer service skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
* Efficiency: Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
