These SMEs will be instrumental in creating new materials and updating existing courses within the Federal Human Resources field.
As part of a project team, SMEs provide in-depth knowledge and expertise that, in collaboration with the instructional designer (ID), results in products that meet participant-centered training objectives.
Examples of SME contributions include:
* Collaborating with the ID to design high-level and detailed design plans
* Providing drafts of technically accurate content to support the ID in creating or updating training materials
· Reviewing project deliverables to ensure they are accurate and current
· Confirming there are no gaps in content, content does not exceed the product’s scope, and that it flows well
Professional Experience
* Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or a related field or a minimum of ten years of relevant experience as a Federal Human Resources practitioner
* Must have experience working with the Federal government performing duties relevant to the Human Resources field
