Schneider Electric has a new opportunity for a Client Data Services Associate based in Louisville, KY or Nashville, TN.
Purpose of the job:
The purpose of this role is to act as the primary contact and liaison between clients and internal teams for our data-related services, ensuring smooth onboarding, proactive communication, and high-quality service delivery.
This role combines client-facing relationship management with analytical capability, requiring strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate data insights into client value.
What you will do:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional, responsive, and high-quality communication always
* Build strong relationships with clients through regular interactions, including meetings, calls, and presentations
* Lead client onboarding and implementation of data services, ensuring a seamless client setup experience
* Coordinate and monitor ongoing delivery of data services, driving operational excellence and client success
+ This may include, but is not limited to invoice collection, open/close, and payment services
* Act as the customer service interface between the Global Data Operations team and the client
* Prepare and deliver clear service updates and insights to clients via Teams presentations, email, and calls
* Independently or in partnership with clients and/or their Client Managers, identify and resolve customer data issues to promote delivery optimization
* Frequent liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout both implementation and ongoing delivery

Manager to join our dedicated team for service business tendering, you will play a crucial role in having Activity wise Planning , account planning , coverage of Area /territory, pushing specifications for MV Drive , PLC , Machine solutions , ESP rotating especially in End Users and achieving /closing Business from set of activities , set of customers , territory .
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
* Identifying the offer and pushing the same to specific customer /customer segments and Achieving Business .
* Identifying customer / segment actual need and analyzing customer requirements and discussing Industry services offering /services Schneider solution that aligns with customer needs .
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IA /National sales ( other sales channels ) for Building Pipeline and ensuring sales Nos .

Qualifications - External
* Degree in Electrical Engineering.
MBA would be preferred.
* 7-10 years of working experience is preferable in Electrical distribution/Service business.
Knowledge in Automation -LV Drive ,Soft starters /MV drive / PLC -Automation /Machine Solution /SCADA and asset management.
* Additional knowledge on Digital solutions, cyber security and Plant operation knowledge shall be preferred
* Good planning & inter-personal & communication skills and decision making is extremely important.
* Previous experience in Marketing , Execution & prescription of services Business especially related with Automation and Drives .
