Vos missions :
La lecture de documents :
* Il prend connaissance du contenu du dossier de montage à poste (plan de pièces ou d'assemblage, schéma, nomenclature éclatée, spécificités électriques) et le traduit en opérations d'assemblage.
* Il lit les nomenclatures éclatées pour identifier les pièces à monter et connaître leur lieu de servi.
* Il suit les indicateurs de production pour connaître le niveau coût, qualité, délai (QCD) de sa ligne de montage.
Le montage :
* Il effectue le servi des pièces nécessaires à l'assemblage.
* Il assemble les composants (sous-ensemble, cellule).
* Il effectue les opérations de rivetage, de serrage, de graissage, de collage et de réglage dans le respect des instructions de montage (IM) ou des instructions opérationnelles (IO).
* Dans le respect des règles de l'organisation, il traite les non-conformités des articles et des données qu'il découvre tout au long de l'assemblage.

* Il effectue les opérations de montage hors ligne (retouches, demandes spécifiques client, préparation de recettes usine ...).
* Il réalise le contrôle de certaines fonctions du produit (sectionneur de terre (ST), transformateur de courant (TC), résistance de contact, continuité des masses).
* Il alerte le gestionnaire en cas de diminution importante du nombre de pièces dans le casier.
* Il déclenche les fabrications en mode KANBAN.
* Il déclare quotidiennement les quantités produites et les heures passées.
* En permanence, il maintient propre et organisé son poste de travail.
* Il respecte les règles EHS (tri des déchets, évacuation et maintien en place des outils de manutention, port des équipements de protection individuels (EPI), connaissances des règles d'évacuation des locaux ...).
