* 8+ years manufacturing experience to include engineering, capital equipment, project management, automation, continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, heavy fabrication, and assembly

L’hôtel est entièrement rénové et dispose de deux ailes prolongées dévoilant de nouvelles suites, d’un jardin intérieur de 2000m² agrémenté d’un bar et d’une piscine à débordement, d’un fitness & spa et d’un centre de conférence de 1800m².
Notre Maison est à la recherche de son Attaché(e) de Direction de nuit en CDI pour rejoindre l'équipe du Front Office.
Un accueil de luxe est primordial pour l’image de notre établissement.
Il implique un accueil élégant, chaleureux et personnalisé.
Le client doit se sentir écouté avec attention et traité de façon spéciale.
Notre Attaché(e) de Direction de nuit accueille nos clients, fait en sorte qu’il se sente unique et veille au bon déroulement de son séjour et est responsable de la supervision et de la coordination des opérations pendant les heures nocturnes de notre Maison.
En tenant compte des goûts uniques de chacun, il/elle participe à la création d’un moment inoubliable pour nos clients.
Nous souhaitons que le client bénéficie d’attentions particulières et à ce titre nous avons besoin que vous soyez attentif(ive), prévenant(e) et que vous fassiez en sorte de créer des moments mémorables et individualisés.
Principales missions
Vos missions seront les suivantes, sans qu’elles soient totalement exhaustives :
* Être l’interlocuteur/interlocutrice privilégié(e) des clients de notre hôtel la nuit et assurez leur accueil pour effectuer leur check-in, leur accompagnement en chambre et leur suivi tout au long de leur séjour.
* Assurer une présence de haute qualité et un service exceptionnel à nos clients pendant la nuit.
* Superviser les opérations de la réception et de l'accueil.
* Gérer les arrivées tardives et les départs anticipés en coordination avec l'équipe de réception.
* Superviser les activités de sécurité de l'établissement et prendre les mesures nécessaires en cas d'urgence.
* Assurer la clôture des comptes journaliers et effectuer les procédures de fin de journée.
* Répondre aux demandes des clients et résoudre les problèmes ou plaintes éventuels de manière professionnelle et efficace.
* Assurer une communication fluide avec les équipes de jour pour garantir une transition harmonieuse entre les shifts.
* Vous véhiculez l’image de notre hôtel par votre attitude, votre accueil chaleureux, votre professionnalisme et votre sourire naturel.

The Mechanical Engineering Lead works closely with the operations and maintenance departments to establish priorities of work and following through with proactive design and execution of projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* The Mechanical Engineering Lead plays a key role supporting the Big West Oil’s mission to operate safely, reliably, predictably, and without incident at a competitive sustainable cost.
* The Mechanical Engineering Lead takes a lead role in understanding and evaluating plant performance, working closely with the Operations and Maintenance departments to establish priorities of work, and following through with proactive design and execution of work packages and projects.
* The Mechanical Engineering Lead provides subject matter expertise in the area of fixed equipment.
Specifically, pressure vessels, boiler and piping design, fabrication testing and inspection, including repair and alteration strategies per industry, site-specific, and BWO-specific requirements.
* The Mechanical Engineering Lead is responsible for the ownership and maintenance of the Big West Oil’s engineering practices (BWO EP’s) and all technical documentations and specifications related to fixed equipment assets, relief valves, piping, bolting, repairs/alterations, pressure relief systems and pressure/leak testing.
* The Mechanical Engineering Lead is responsible for performing and/or overseeing advanced analytical methods such fitness-for-service, repair of live equipment, or finite element analysis.
* The Mechanical Engineering Lead develops and mentors Mechanical Engineers through technical document generation to support the procurement or modification of fixed and rotating equipment including pressure vessels, tanks, separators, filters, heat transfer equipment, piping, pumps, and compressors.
* The Mechanical Engineering Lead ensures Management of Change compliance of the Mechanical Engineers process throughout projects from concept to commissioning to closeout.
* The Mechanical Engineering Lead provides guidance and mentorship to the Mechanical Engineer’s support for daily, routine operation of multiple assigned process units within the refinery.
* The Mechanical Engineering Lead may facilitate or guide standard refinery reliability studies and work practices such as Design for Reliability within large capital projects, Asset Criticality / Asset Strategy assessments, or Damage Mechanism Reviews.
* The Mechanical Engineering Lead can further develop and manage a suite of key performance indicators (KPIs) around equipment mechanical integrity and reliability.
