Do you enjoy working with people and also providing technical support? The System Level Help (SLH) team within Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) Customer Service is looking for a Technical Analyst to provide support to Federal Reserve customers across all electronic access platforms.
Department shifts have start times that range from 6:30am to 9:30am Central Time with 8-hour shift assignments.
New employees will generally start on the 9:30 - 6:00pm shift.
Support for evening customer testing will occasionally be needed, which concludes at 7:30pm CT.
Team members work approximately 2-3 Saturdays and 1-2 weeks on-call support a quarter.
This position qualifies for a hybrid working arrangement that supports remote work but requires regular on-site attendance.
Responsibilities:
* Promptly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve intermediate to complex end-user computer software, hardware, browser configuration, network connectivity and/or other issues related to firewalls, and VPN/router installation and configuration.
* Provide support for Federal Reserve customer use of middleware and file transfer technologies, including IBM Connect:Direct®, IBM® MQ and MQ Client, and Axway Secure Client.
* Analyze complex customer inquiries using a variety of tools and resources.
* Participate in and supports moderately complex Federal Reserve System-level projects, such as implementation/upgrades of end-user hardware and software.
* Utilize on-site lab to emulate customer environment for product troubleshooting purposes.
* Utilize on-site lab to test new products and service offerings, including cloud-based services.
* Provide testing support and facilitation to the Federal Reserve’s largest customers during evenings and on Saturdays, as needed.
* Provide rotational, after hours (on-call) support, as needed.

This product owner will steward the product lifecycle for our call center technology platform, data visualization tools, and leveraged applications.

Our Team
The Koch Global Services Cloud & Applications team delivers cloud platforms and enabling solutions that empower our Koch businesses to design, build, and deploy the technology necessary for transforming their businesses.
We manage several enterprise platforms including public cloud, integrations, developer enablement, contact centers, data visualization, and enterprise knowledge.
Our applications team also provides technical consulting, develops custom applications, and provides support for leveraged enterprise applications.
What You Will Do
* Defining the Vision: You will collaborate with internal customers, key stakeholders, and capabilities to develop a strategic vision and roadmap for each product.
* Managing the Product Backlog: You will collaborate with others to communicate and ensure the product backlog is aligned to business outcomes and value.
* Engage Product Development and Support: Actively participate in the development process and ongoing support needs by providing feedback and seeking guidance.
Encourage a shared fate mentality across teams.
* Business Engagement: You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and teams, communicating the voice of the customer, and ensuring team actions align with the product needs.
You will partner closely with our customers, the Koch businesses, to help drive adoption, improve consumer experience, and become a preferred partner to customers.
* Product Stewardship: You will ensure that product measures are being used to influence decision making (cost, data, security), effective decision making is applied to product investments, and the story of the product is marketed within Koch.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience in a complex IT environment, particularly within a product-centric organization.
* Prior experience making strategic decisions about a technology product.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required to keep pace with the market.
* Experience with formal or informal leadership.
