You will be responsible for managing the products and defining the best marketing strategy for the Italian market.
A constant cooperation with suppliers, tendering and local sales teams will be required, in addition to frequent exchange with the Global Business Unit in English.
You will join the marketing team in Italy Country Organization as Product Manager and you will take a deep interest in developing and updating tools to support sales team and customers, understanding Italian customers' needs, competitors benchmark and price positioning, training and customer presentations.
You will work closely with all the company departments, including quality and finance.
What will you do?
Based on Offer and Italian Market knowledge, you will:
* Assess the competitive landscape to create benchmarks, define price strategy and influence Global projects held by Business unit according to Italian market needs
* Work closely with the rest of the marketing (channels and offer) to shape the go-to-market strategy
* Support local pre-sales and commercial teams to boost the offer through different Channel with a huge collaboration with Distributors and Sell-out Channel Managers
* Be responsible for the performance (financial, engagement, satisfaction) of the ranges in the portfolio
* Identify actions to increase the performances of the offer in the Italian market based on data analysis
* Define and deploy launch plans for the new products, including tailored trainings and presentations on sales team and customers

Nous recrutons aujourd'hui Chargé(e) de Travaux Maintenance Spécialisation HTB/Puissance pour la région Nord H/F pour l'agence de Villepinte.
Votre rôle :
A ce poste, vous réaliserez des interventions (planifiées ou non) chez nos clients (RTE, Gros bâtiments, Usines de tous secteurs d'activité...), chez qui vous passerez la majorité de votre temps.
Vous interviendrez sur nos prestations techniques (maintenance et rénovation des équipements électriques haute tension, c'est à dire transformateurs de distribution et de puissance, cellules HTA, TGBT, combinés de mesure, sectionneurs, disjoncteurs).
Vos principales missions :
* Organiser, préparer et réaliser des interventions de maintenance, des opérations de rénovation et des expertises sur des sites clients
* Préparer les interventions pour garantir le meilleur niveau de qualité,
* Réaliser les prestations avec soin et professionnalisme (procédures techniques...) en respectant les consignes environnementales,
* Assurer le bon respect des règles de sécurité
* Contrôler et vérifier les travaux réalisés
* Renseigner tous les aspects documentaires, en rédigeant notamment les rapports d'intervention
* Représenter le Groupe SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC auprès de nos clients
* Être en lien avec les clients afin de garantir leur haut niveau de satisfaction
* Participer au développement de l'activité par un rôle de prescription technique de nos solutions lors des interventions clients
Votre profil :
* Titulaire au minimum d'un Bac en Electrotechnique ou en Mécanique,
* Vous possédez idéalement une première expérience en puissance ou en HTB.
Vos compétences :
* Vous faites preuve de curiosité, de bonnes capacités d'organisation, de flexibilité
* Vous souhaitez développer ses compétences techniques grâce aux membres plus expérimentés de l'équipe
* Vous avez envie d'intervenir chez nos clients, de vous déplacer quotidiennement, souvent à la semaine et en toute autonomie.
Ce poste est en itinérance Nationale ; Des découchages sont donc à prévoir sur ce poste.

Vos principales missions :
En tant que Technicien automaticien GTB en charge de la mise en œuvre de nos solutions d'automatisation et de contrôle des bâtiments, vos activités consisteront à :
* Gérer la partie technique de vos chantiers
* Paramétrer des équipements GTB
* Réaliser vos chantiers conformément aux contrats, des travaux supplémentaires et complémentaires
* Rédiger en autonomie les analyses fonctionnelles détaillées, les études techniques à partir d'un cahier des charges ou de l'expression d'un besoin
* Effectuer des tests fonctionnels, les programmations et les configurations des équipements GTC/GTB

Des déplacements fréquents dans votre région sont à prévoir ( un véhicule est mis à disposition).
Vous êtes :
* Titulaire d'un Bac+2 minimum en automatisme, régulation ou encore bâtiments connectés
* Vous possédez une première expérience dans le domaine de la GTB, CVC, Confort
* Vous avez déjà intégré du matériel d'automatisation du bâtiment
Vous avez :
* Un esprit d'équipe, vous faites preuve de rigueur, de fiabilité et vous vous engagez dans un projet global.
* Une Maitrise des outils informatiques et de : Réseau IP, Electricité, Hydraulique, Aéraulique, CVC, Régulation, Réseaux de communication (LON, BACnet, Modbus...), Programmation automate, IHM
* L'anglais est un plus
