Le métier Bijouterie Fantaisie est rattaché au pôle Soie et Accessoires de Mode (Bijouterie Fantaisie, Ceintures, Soie et textiles, Chapeaux et Gants), des métiers qui travaillent en synergie et en étroite collaboration, notamment sur les sujets création, communication, formation et industriel.
Au sein du métier Bijouterie Fantaisie, la Direction Supply Chain, Qualité & Achats engage un programme de transformation structurant : déploiement d'Anaplan, développement de la scénarisation, construction de dashboards Power BI, préparation d'une migration ERP.
Pour accompagner cette ambition, nous créons un poste de Responsable Planification, dédié à la vision moyen et long terme.
Vous structurez les processus ou vous les faites évoluer, vous outillez une planification qui gagnera en maturité, et vous contribuez à façonner la supply chain de demain pour la Bijouterie Fantaisie.
Missions principales
Planifier l'activité moyen et long terme
* Construire le processus PIC (S&OP) et animer la partie capacitée de production de ce processus.
* En coordination avec les équipes en charge de la prévision, construire les projections de volumes chez les partenaires fabricants à horizon 3 ans.
* Réaliser l'adéquation charge/capacité MLT avec les fournisseurs.
* Identifier les écarts, proposer des solutions de résolution et piloter les actions retenues.
* Piloter le PDP des fournisseurs internes.
* Planifier les permanents stockés (via des cycles projection de stock & PDP)
Consolider & scénariser
* Produire la vision consolidée pour les atterrissages de production et les exercices budgétaires.
* Développer les capacités de simulation : scénarios charge/capacité, hypothèses de volumes, impacts d'aléas fournisseurs.
* Définir, construire et animer les indicateurs de performance de l'activité.
Co-piloter la transformation
* Participer au cadrage et déploiement d'Anaplan sur le périmètre MLT.
* Contribuer à l'écriture des processus cibles de planification et approvisionnement en vue de la migration ERP.
* Participer à la structuration des processus de planification avec toutes les parties prenantes du métier.
* Piloter le développement des dashboards Power BI sur le périmètre consolidé.
* Travailler avec la Responsable Projet & Amélioration Continue et la Responsable Production sur ces chantiers.
Travailler en transverse & communiquer
* Créer des synergies avec les autres métiers des Accessoires de Mode.

Profil :
• Votre passion du Client, votre sens du service, et votre culture du résultat ont été reconnus dans vos expériences précédentes.
• Vous avez un tempérament audacieux et dynamique et vous œuvrez sur une surface de vente élargie
• Vous êtes doté(e) d'un fort capital sympathie tout en étant généreux dans votre approche de la vente.
• Vous êtes exemplaire et faites preuve d'humilité.
