Scope of Responsibility: The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing inventory procedures within the ERP system.
This role involves monitoring stock movements, processing orders, and reconciling discrepancies to ensure smooth and efficient inventory operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data to prevent stockouts, overstocking, or inventory imbalances.
Essential Duties: Receive and issue materials, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
Verify and ensure all related paperwork is complete and in proper order for efficient processing.
Maintain and update spreadsheets to track inventory, materials, and other relevant data.
Adhere to all safety standards and policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the department.
