As a Planner III, you will provide direct technical assistance and support community engagements that help state, local, tribal, and territorial partners build their capacity to plan for and reduce their disaster risk.

Mission générale :
Le coordinateur sécurité sûreté fait partie de l'équipe du service interne de sécurité d'Hermès Distribution France.
Rattaché au Responsable sécurité du magasin auquel il est affecté, il participe au management transverse des agents de sécurité internes et prestataires de son périmètre.
Il veille en permanence à assurer la sécurité des personnes, des biens et des locaux.
Il veille au respect de la réglementation, des consignes du site et de la politique sécurité du Groupe.
Il assiste le responsable de l'équipe dans :
* L'accomplissement des missions du service sécurité ;
* La gestion et l'organisation des équipes de sécurité-sureté ;
* La continuité et le bon fonctionnement du service.
Il participe à l'accueil et la sécurité des clients, visiteurs et collaborateurs.
Cette activité se déroule pendant et en dehors des heures d'ouverture au public.
Il intervient également lors d'événements organisés pour le compte d'Hermès (défilés, cocktails, expositions), sur la surface de vente ou non, pendant ou hors les horaires d'ouverture au public.

Poste en CDI à pourvoir dès que possible au sein du Magasin de Sèvres.
Principales activités :
1.Organisation du service
* Participe à l'activité de l'équipe et peut être amené, à ce titre, à remplacer ou occuper un poste d'un des agents de sécurité, en fonction des besoins du service ;
* Applique et contrôle la bonne mise en place des procédures mises en place pour le bon fonctionnement du service sécurité ;
* Procède aux veilles et vérifications nécessaires sur son périmètre telles que les accès, la sécurité des collaborateurs et visiteurs, la sécurisation des articles, la protection des savoirs et bâtiments ;
* Veille à la fourniture des équipements individuels et tenues (internes et prestataires) ;
* Participe à la sensibilisation à la sécurité auprès des collaborateurs et visiteurs présents sur le site ;
* Assure le suivi réglementaire (cartes professionnelles, recyclages) de l'équipe sécurité sûreté ;
* Accompagne la formation et le maintien des compétences des équipes de sécurité du site.
