Dietary Aide
General Purpose
The dietary aide assignments are determined by the needs basis on the activity of the shift.
He/she reports to the Cook and Dietary supervisor.
Essential Duties
• Must be able to learn food service routine within a short period.
• Set up meal trays.
• Must strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Assist with serving the different meals.
• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing machine at the beginning of shift.
• Observe the water temperatures of dishwasher during dishwashing cycles.
• Operate dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop kitchen.
• Carry out trash and garbage.
• Put groceries away in a safe, orderly and clean manner.
• To leave the kitchen in a clean and sanitary manner and be of assistance when called upon by the cook or dietary supervisor.
• Clean work surfaces and refrigerators.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors.
• Participate in the orientation and on-going training of dietary staff.
• Ability to work in cooperation and harmony with personnel in all departments.

General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1.
Leads and manages large scale projects from concepts to implementation; works with cross-functional groups to provide value added engineering and optimum solutions to meet business objectives.

Designs new processes and production layouts that will challenge our current manufacturing process to continually improve.

Provides communication and leadership to ensure the work is aligned and goals are achieved, communicates and presents project updates to the management team.

Develops engineering solutions for repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect our manufacturing operations.

Updates and creates drawings of equipment layouts, flow of process, building structure and utilities based on observation and interpretation on engineering plans.

Works with vendors and sub-contractors to determine project scope, budget and scheduling.
Job Requirements
1.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field is preferred.
2.
5+ years of experience working in a process manufacturing environment is required.
3.
An understanding of lean manufacturing with regard to equipment layout and process flow.
4.
5+ years leading/managing complex capital plant projects with a proven track record is required.
5.
Proficiency with reading and producing AutoCAD drawings required.
6.
Experience in a refrigerated food manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
7.
Must have working knowledge of building/construction processes as well as an understanding of rules, regulations and quality standards in a construction environment.
8.
Ability to travel throughout North America.
Working Conditions
1.
Both Office environment & Plant environment.
2.
Travel up to 50% of the time dependent upon certain projects.
3.
