About the Role: How youll make a difference: The Dispensary Associate is responsible for interacting with, educating, and advising customers face-to-face and by phone, record-keeping, assisting with inventory and cash management and interacting with local service providers.

The Dispensary Associate will be cross-trained in all order fulfillment activities which include preparing orders, entering product information, calling customers with product requests, checking IDs and admitting customers.

Accurately process all point-of-saletransactionsand verify order accuracy Resolve customerinquiries with professionalism whilediffusingstressful situations.Partner with a member of management forassistanceas needed to ensurehigh standard of customer service Perform end-of-dayclosing procedures inPOSsystem & investigate any variances attheend of shift.Report any variances to closingmanagerto ensure effective communication& resolution.
