Maximus is seeking a Senior Director, Federal Strategic Growth.
This role is responsible for shaping and advancing strategic growth initiatives within Maximus by identifying new opportunities aligned with changing agency or administration priorities.
The Senior Director leads solution development efforts, authors client-facing white papers, and represents Maximus in high-level client engagements.
As Senor Director, it also involves collaboration with internal teams on investment strategies, leading capture efforts, and overseeing departmental operations, including workforce planning and team leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maximus is currently hiring for a Case Management Team Lead to join our QIC Part C team.
This is a remote opportunity.
The Case Management Team Lead is responsible for answering help desk and team member questions, assisting with training team members when needed, and assisting in the queue for the process of creating and closing appeals.
Additionally, the Team Lead must be comfortable with technology, as the role requires the use of bots for processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure individual and service level standards are met or exceeded, and staff members are appropriately trained.
- Responsible for ensuring processes are working to support customer needs.
- Ensure the overall volume of work produced meets or exceeds quality standards.
- Ensure staff maintains an updated knowledge of all programs.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all information.
- Monitor the performance of staff and provide feedback and education to improve performance.
- Provide management with updates on all issues regarding quality, training, policy, procedures, and staff issues.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 6+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience processing medical insurance preferred.
- Experience processing claims preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Experience with Virtual Desktop or Automation Anywhere highly preferred.
