Day-in-the-Life of a Pharmacy Technician in-Training:
* Enter prescription information including but not limited to: patient searches, prescriber searches, drug selection, prescription interpretation, insurance billing, and basic documentation.
* Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions, including refill authorization from doctor offices.
* Retrieve medication from inventory.
* Create prescription labels and put them on prescription containers.
* Place medication into prescription containers.
* Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and input customer and prescription data into the computer.
* Assist with maintaining the Pharmacy department by keeping it clean and in order.
* Assist in inventory management processes including order review, inventory returns, restocking shelves, and physical inventory preparation.
* Administer Rite Aid programs including FlavoRx, Living More, etc.
Taking care of patients is not a 9-5 job.
Our Pharmacy Technicians come into this role knowing that they will be working weekdays, weekends, evening shifts, and some holidays.

The Sr Specialist Facilities role involves managing vendor compliance and services, coordinating facility operations, and overseeing safety and physical security programs.

IHRE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN
* Planung der analytischen Prüfungen und Verwaltung von Stabilitätsstudien in der QK (Stabilitäts- und Routineprüfungen) unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Prioritäten und regulatorischen Anforderungen.
* Erstellung und Aktualisierung von QK-Dokumentation wie SOPs, Arbeitsanweisungen, Studiendokumentation und Prüfprotokollen gemäß GMP-Richtlinien.
* Pflege und Erhebung von KPIs in der Qualitätskontrolle zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse und der Performance.
* Aufarbeitung und Analyse von Daten der Qualitätskontrolle zur Identifizierung von Trends, Abweichungen und Verbesserungspotenzialen.
* Unterstützung und Begleitung von Projekten innerhalb der QK , z.B.
im Rahmen von Prozessoptimierungen, Insourcing Projekten und/oder interdisziplinären Projekten wie API Changes.

This role is to support the team in wholesaler business management/tracking and data management, as well as commercial plans development and other tasks for Pet Health new business model.
Functions, Duties, Tasks:
* Drive excellence execution of PH new distribution model.
* Work with team for better data calculation and consolidation (external - wholesalers & distributors and internal – sales), as well as issue solving process.
* Support supervisor to develop channel plan and distribution management strategy.
* Work closely with compliance and legal team to ensure full alignment with internal and external policies/regulations in distribution management area, including due diligence, compliance training, audit, etc.

This position will lead timely and accurate compliance with all US tax reporting requirements, including corporate income taxes, property taxes, sales/use taxes, along with other miscellaneous taxation reporting requirements, while minimizing Company risk.
Provide assistance and guidance for optimization of response to ever changing tax regulatory requirements, to protect Company interests and increase shareholder value.
This position will be working at our Home Office in Green Bay, WI on a hybrid/onsite schedule; meaning this person will work a minimum of 3-4 days onsite.
What you'll do:
* Manage tax compliance to ensure timely and accurate filings of multiple tax types including sales/use tax, gross receipts, annual reports, property tax, unclaimed property, environmental fees, and business licenses.
* Provide guidance to the Indirect Tax team members and empower their professional development through building the bench for succession planning, growth, and scalability.
Develops, mentors and coaches the team.
* Assist in preparing the annual 1120S income tax return
* Closely monitor tax legislation and research complex tax questions.
Communicate those decisions to key stakeholders.
* Participate in a cross functional team on several technology transformation initiatives to ensure the needs of the indirect tax team are properly identified and implemented.
