Maximus is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to produce accurate project financial reporting results for submission to corporate finance and project management.This is a remote position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation of project financial forecast including loading labor data into corporate model; validating ODC forecast and that overall forecast values are consistent; reviewing with management to finalize and submit forecast.
- Prepare any quarterly revenue adjustments required to correct revenue for impact of billed indirect rates exceeding expected actual rates.
- In conjunction with Financial Analyst, track costs, billing/invoice adjustments, contract-to-date expenditures for sub-contractors and temporary labor.
- Oversee and review monthly accruals.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis for management review.
- Responsible for ad-hoc reporting requests from the management.

JOB SUMMARY:
A.
The Business Office Manager is responsible for managing the financial activities of the
hospital.
This leader effectively leads financial planning, cash flow, financial reporting,
tracking supplies, and inventory levels, initiating and maintain positive working relationships
with third party payors and insurance companies.
Oversees business office functioning through
management of office equipment, compliance to all standards of operation, and the supervision of
the office staff and their compliance to expected competencies.

be responsible for the fulfillment of the mission, goals, and objectives of the Hospital.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A.
Program Development: The Business Office Manager (BOM) has significant input into the
Hospitals services to patients, asset management financial feasibility of proposals, and plays a
key role in the Hospital's overall success.
The BOM will assist and lead in forecasting, cost
benefit analysis, compliance with audit standards, fiduciary responsibilities.

The Business Office Manager has no control over the professional staff in the exercising of
their professional judgment.
S/he is required to bring to the attention of the
Administrator any failure by members of the staff to conform to established Hospital policies
regarding administrative matters, professional standards, and maintenance of adequate clinical

There shall be a staff development program consisting of orientation, in-service
education, and continuing education under direction of qualified person(s).
