I.
BASIC FUNCTION
* Field Operations Dispatcher to support Tankerman Services and CBC Transportation Services.
* Provide after business and during business hours services to provide efficient use of the company's equipment and personnel.
* Maximize customer service to allow for the achievement of company goals under the direction of the Manager of Tankerman Services.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Learn CBC communication and computer systems to ensure flawless communications with customers, vendors, and fellow CBC employees.
* Answer incoming telephone calls and ensure they are forwarded or received by the appropriate party when further assistance is required.
* Provide dispatch support for Tankerman Services Group and ensure that all Shore Tankermen (inhouse and third party) requirements are communicated in a timely manner.
* Monitor emails, messages, and calls and communicate information to those who need it.
* Monitor and enter Barge Maintenance reports into the TowWorks system.
* Maintain an accurate log of all incoming calls, personnel locations, barge cleanings.
* Use resources effectively to understand CBC Operations.

* Coordinate with fleets and docks to dispatch tankerman or personnel in an efficient manner.

The Barge Readiness Technician is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of tank barges before and after product loading, unloading, and cleaning operations.
