Au sein de la Direction du Développement des expertises et de la qualité de la division Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie, le Chef de projet industrialisation matières souples est rattaché au Directeur du Bureau Matière.
Principales interfaces : DCDC, Achats, Qualité, Appro, Supply Chain, Maroquineries, Cellules d'expertises, Fournisseurs.
Dimensions du poste
Le titulaire assure l'industrialisation des matières souples du fournisseur jusqu'au ramp up des maroquineries au service des départements suivants : DDIM (Direction du Développement de l'Innovation Matière), les Achats, et la Qualité.
Il pilote les projets de nouveautés, d'innovation, de duplication ou de changements majeurs.
* 50 fournisseurs (tanneurs ou textile) principalement en France, Italie, Espagne.
* Contexte de croissance d'activité et d'accélération du nombre de projets.
Finalité du poste
Il est responsable de piloter l'industrialisation des nouvelles matières souples, avec les tanneurs et les fournisseurs textile, et les cellules d'expertise matière en maroquinerie et assure le ramp up en production.
Il insuffle une vision de bout en bout, jusqu'à la réussite de la mise en marché.
Nature et étendue des activités principales pour la matière concernée
Réception des nouveaux projets, crée et réuni un groupe projet, réalise les kickoff avec les parties prenantes de chaque projet au service de la réussite du projet.
Industrialise
* Assure une bonne compréhension de l'article attendu par les acteurs (Main, toucher, couleur, grain, couverture...) en lien étroit avec le métier.
* Met en œuvre avec les tanneurs les conditions de reproductibilité au niveau d'exigence attendu : Proto (V0), Présérie (V1), tête de série.
* S'assure avec les cellules d'expertises et les premiers sites de production de la reproductibilité et de la répétabilité ainsi que du bon niveau de performance (conso, travallabilité, qualité ...) avec les sites de production sur les têtes de séries.
* Favorise la convergence de vision sur l'article avec le fournisseur, il réalise des feed back précis sur les présentations faites par le fournisseur.
* Pilote l'analyse des risques avec le fournisseur, et le plan de levée des risques pour assurer une bonne répétabilité jusqu'en maroquinerie.
* Formalise les standards : peau ref, CdC, défauthèque, référentiel, panoplies min/max, adéquations modèles / matières possibles, guide des choix, Coefficients d'utilisation matière....
En s'appuyant sur les experts ...

* Formalise les données dans PLM.
* Assure le transfert auprès des équipes assurant le suivi en production, au moyen de formation et formalisation.

The Flatbed Driver (Midland, TX) provides safe and efficient loading, transporting and unloading of Flatbed Freight, as a sole operator/driver.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform all required duties associated with operating and delivering product including maintaining paperwork.
* Observe and comply with FMCSA regulations, federal, state, and local regulations at all times.
* Comply with Enterprise Transportation Company employee, operating, safety and environmental procedures and standards.
* Inspect trucks and trailers per DOT requirements (brakes, engine oil, water levels, lights, loading hoses, etc.).
