Au sein du Métier Maroquinerie et de la Direction des Collections et du Développement Commercial, vous intégrerez le pôle Identité Métier en charge des projets de Communication, Formation, Expérience Clients et Visuel Merchandising.
Vous êtes hiérarchiquement rattaché(e) à la Responsable de Projets de Communication.
Rôle : Le Chef de Projets de Communication Maroquinerie assure la bonne mise en œuvre des projets visant à développer la visibilité et le rayonnement du métier Maroquinerie tant en en interne qu'en externe.
Il/Elle est notamment en charge des projets presse et communication digitale.
Principales Activités :
1/ Projets presse : Accompagner les bureaux de presse dans la gestion des Relations presse
Il/Elle est le point d'entrée des filiales et de Hermès International pour la maroquinerie.
Il/Elle partage les messages et enjeux de communication Métier aux filiales et définit en lien avec Hermès International les priorités de communication saisonnière.
Il/Elle assure la coordination des commandes des prototypes presse, des achats au moment du showroom commercial à la livraison, pour les bureaux de presse internes internationaux et les évènements de communication ponctuels, avec un fort enjeu de délai.
Il/Elle a un rôle clef pour porter les enjeux et objectifs des projets presse auprès des équipes du métier (production évènementielle, collection, commercial) et des clients internes (Hermès International, filiales, autres métiers), afin d'assurer la bonne mise à disposition des besoins, dans les temps et volumes attendus.
* Contribution à la préparation de documents stratégiques et briefs autour des collections à destination des bureaux de presse.
* Développer et renforcer la relation métier / marché, en analysant les besoins de chaque filiale pour mieux anticiper les commandes.
* Gestion des commandes showrooms presse : prévisions de commandes ; accompagnement des showrooms presse dans la sélection produits au moment du showroom commercial ; suivi avec les équipes production évènementielle pour assurer la livraison des prototypes dans les temps en gérant les priorisations en fonction des événements et les arbitrages de production.
* Coordination de l'organisation de shootings et visites de presse.
* Mise en place de process et routines permettant un fonctionnement en mode projet avec les équipes impliquées.
* Suivre et analyser l'évolution des commandes et livraisons presse ; Partage de REX et propositions d'amélioration.

This position will be working at our facilities in and around the Odesa, Texas area.
This position is responsible for working on the planning for each auction.
This includes vehicle logistics, managing lot flow, helping to maintain the facility throughout the year and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Major Responsibilities :
* Maintains inventory of each lot coming into and leaving the site.
