Missions principales :
Activité :
Réceptionner, comptabiliser le nombre de colis et contrôler le nom/service du destinataire
Acheminer les flux dans les zones concernées en garantissant une manipulation adaptée en fonction de la fragilité des produits
Saisir les envois entrants et sortants dans l'outil de traçabilité Isitrac (édition d'étiquette à coller sur chaque colis)
Préparer la tournée des navettes inter-sites (dans l'outil de traçabilité Isitrac)
Préparer le dispatch destiné aux clients internes
Livrer les colis aux clients internes et faire signer sur le PDA a chaque destinataire
Répondre aux demandes de manutentions internes (pick-up de colis, courrier, aménagement des salles de réunion, réassort du papier pour les photocopieuses)
Tenir rangée et propre la zone de travail
Archiver quotidiennement les documents de transport
Assurer le transport en véhicule léger de mobiliers et autres matériels entre les sites de la Ville l'Evêque

MISSION GENERALE :
Au sein de l'équipe sécurité de son site, l'agent de sécurité respecte, fait respecter et contrôle l'application des règles de sûreté et de sécurité du site.

1) Ouverture et fermeture des sites
* Assurer les rondes d'ouverture ou de fermeture des bâtiments dans le respect des règles
* Communication avec le PCS pour mise sous vidéoprotection des sites ou levée la mise sous surveillance

* Accueillir, guider et renseigner les visiteurs

Responsibilities
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To prepare, assemble and install vehicle and/or chipper components to required specifications for Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, Unit and Finish departments.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Use and conduct proper care of PPE
• Read and interpret schematics (blueprints)
• Read and interpret work orders
• Use basic hand tools such as tape measurer and specialty equipment
• Learn and operate all equipment within the work area (cell)
• Perform rework as required
• Support APS (Altec Production System) initiatives.
May participate in RCI events
