Primary Function
Ideal candidates will have previous experience with project management.
Primary Duties
* Responsibilities include monitoring the budget, schedule, and quality of projects, supervise and mentor staff, and developing and maintaining client relationships.
Skills include:
+ Experience managing a multidisciplinary team including subconsultants
+ Experience managing staff with various levels of abilities and experience
+ Successful experience in proposal writing to obtain work
+ Ability to market projects with various agencies
+ Project experience with ADOT, MCDOT, and local municipalities/agencies is desirable.
Education and Experience Requirements
* Candidate must have a BS in Engineering with at least 10 years of management experience on construction projects and is a registered civil engineer in the state of Arizona.

Manages the full life cycle (proposal-initiation-execution/control-closeout) of surveying projects for Ardurra.

• Provide in-office support to the department.
