La risorsa si occuperà di svolgere attività esterna, supportando l’area Vendite nell’assistenza tecnica per la risoluzione di problematiche specifiche sui prodotti, frequentando i canali distributivi, gli Studi di Progettazione, le Imprese e ove necessario anche con dei sopralluoghi sui cantieri.
Dovrà inoltre gestire eventuali contestazioni/ reclami, interfacciandosi con le Funzioni Aziendali.
La risorsa avrà inoltre la responsabilità di sviluppare la promozione dei prodotti della Linea Ceramica nell’Area Assegnata.
Si occuperà inoltre della redazione della gestione delle relazioni tecniche, delle voci di capitolato, dell’organizzazione dei corsi interni ed esterni sui prodotti presso sedi Mapei o rivenditori.
Dopo un adeguato periodo di affiancamento dedicato allo studio delle diverse linee di prodotto, la risorsa si occuperà del supporto alla forza vendita nelle problematiche relative ai prodotti, per suggerire le soluzioni tecniche più idonee
Requisiti:
* Formazione tecnica, Diploma Geometra o Laurea in Ingegneria Edile o Civile/Architettura
* Richiesta esperienza di almeno 4/5 anni nel settore (Ceramica/piastrelle- Pavimentazioni- Posa), preferibilmente da aziende del settore con un ruolo di tecnico-commerciale presso cantieri, studi professionali, rivendite edili o aziende.
* Skills relazionali: orientamento al cliente, empatia, capacità di influenzare, comunicativa
* Flessibilità operativa, problem solving e team-working
* Doti organizzative, forte motivazione e orientamento al risultato,
