Hr - Administrator, Human Resources

Position Overview

The HR Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function within a warehouse environment.

This role supports employee lifecycle processes, maintains accurate employee records, assists with time and attendance, and serves as a resource for employees and managers on routine HR matters.

The HR Administrator helps ensure HR processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Supervisory responsibilities



* This position provides functional guidance, coaching, and peer support but does not carry direct people-management authority.

Duties and responsibilities


* Supporting onboarding and orientation processes, including new hire documentation and system setup.


* Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.


* Assisting with time and attendance administration, including timecard review and corrections.


* Supporting employee status changes such as transfers, promotions, and terminations.


* Assisting with leave administration documentation, including PTO and statutory leave programs.


* Coordinating background checks, drug screens, and employment eligibility verification.


* Assisting HR leadership with employee relations documentation and investigations.


* Maintaining training and compliance records.


* Responding to routine employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.


* Assisting with benefits enrollment support and employee inquiries.


* Preparing HR reports, trackers, and audits as requested.


* Supporting warehouse leadership with HR-related communication and initiatives.


* Ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and confidentiality standards.


* Performs other related duties as assigned.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


* Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.


* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


* Ability to learn and navigate HRIS and timekeeping systems.


* Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends as needed.

education and experience



* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.


* Minimum of 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse or operations environment.


* Experience supporting time and attendance or payroll processes preferred.


* Familiarity with HRIS and workforce management systems preferred.
