The Director of High School STEM is an essential position that drives student achievement in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics for KIPP Capital Region in grades 9 - 12.
In partnership with the Teaching and Learning team, this person will directly support the implementation of curriculum through observation and feedback, data analysis and coaching, and the facilitation of targeted and well-planned adult learning experiences so that our teachers and leaders can provide excellent instruction in all of our High School STEM courses.

Position Overview
The Apprentice Teacher will receive close mentorship under a Lead Teacher, serve as a full staff member and thought partner in their respective school, and take on progressive teaching responsibilities over the academic year.
