We are seeking a Program Manager, Surgical Technologist Apprenticeship (ST) to:
• Supervise and provide academic and employee support to apprentices throughout the three-year ST program.
• Collaborate, oversee, instruct, and facilitate clinical and didactic education for apprentices along with Madison College faculty.
• Ensure apprentice outcomes align with national standards to receive Surgical Technology degree from Madison College.
• Coordinate apprentices' schedules with UW Health ST department to enhance apprentices' success at UW Health.

Education:
Minimum - Graduate from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) accredited surgical technology program.
Associate degree or technical diploma.
If hired with a technical diploma degree, must obtain an associate degree within three years.
Preferred - Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience:
Minimum - 2 years of experience either in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the past five years
Preferred - 4 years of experience as a formal educator with their CST, including instructional experience in the classroom or clinical setting in a higher education system.
Prior surgical services experience and/or experience working in an academic medical center or complex healthcare system.
