Afin de soutenir et d’accompagner le développement du site et de notre service Ingénierie, nous créons un poste d’Ingénieur(e) Chef de Projets.
Au sein du service Ingénierie, pôle Projets, vous participez activement à la gestion de projets industriels pharmaceutiques liés en particulier aux infrastructures et aux utilités.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
* Apporter votre expertise sur le choix ainsi que sur l’évolution des équipements et gérer les projets d'investissement CAPEX infrastructures et utilités (réseaux d’énergie, HVAC, CTA…) depuis la demande de budget jusqu’à la mise en service et qualification.
* Effectuer pour chaque projet qui vous est affecté :
+ L’analyse fonctionnelle avec le demandeur concerné,
+ L’étude de faisabilité technique et financière (budget > 100 K€),
+ L’élaboration du cahier des charges technique ainsi que des besoins utilisateurs pour les projets en tenant compte des GMP (URS,…) et des standards ELANCO,
+ Les appels d’offre en collaboration avec le service achats,
+ L’organisation, la planification et le suivi des travaux jusqu’à la réception.
* Assurer la gestion du projet dans le respect du scope, du budget, du planning et conformément aux standards du cycle en V.
* Assurer l’animation et la coordination de l’équipe projet (chargé de qualification, AQ, experts techniques, HSE, production,…).
* Participer et identifier les risques projets et assurer la qualité des livrables attendus du projet.
* Être responsable de sa sécurité et de la sécurité des sous-traitants intervenants et dans ce cadre, respecter et faire respecter les règles de sécurité du site (plans de prévention, permis de travaux,…).

RÉSUMÉ DE LA FONCTION
Gérer l’ordonnancement d’une gamme de produits sur le court terme (mois en cours et à 12 semaines) en étroite collaboration avec le planificateur de production tout en s’assurant de la disponibilité des éléments nécessaires à sa réalisation (capacité et stock), afin d’assurer la livraison du produit aux affiliés dans le respect des délais, qualité et quantité pour son unité de production.
ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES:
* Ordonnancer le planning de production sur un horizon de 12 semaines glissant (Bulk ou Produits finis)
* Prendre en compte les couvertures de stocks afin de prioriser les références en ruptures dans son ordonnancement.
* Ordonnancer la production à court terme (4 semaines glissantes + 8 semaines de projection) dans le respect des objectifs de productivité et de la demande du client.
* Lancer et suivre des ordres de fabrication.
* Suivre, ajuster et modifier le planning de production en fonction des aléas sur son horizon.
* Analyser les écarts par rapport au planning de production et mettre en place les actions nécessaires.
* Animer les réunions hebdomadaires de suivi de production avec les parties prenantes internes.
* Evaluer les risques, les retards en cas d'aléas de la production et informer le planificateur de production ou son manager.
* Communiquer et échanger sur son activité avec les autres planificateurs de production, les ordonnanceurs, l’approvisionneur et le manager pour une meilleure coordination de l’activité globale.

Your Role: The Indirect Tax Director will manage Elanco’s foreign indirect tax obligations, focusing on VAT/GST compliance, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role will lead and support tax reporting and filing, audits, and risk management, ensuring compliance with foreign indirect tax regulations.
The Director will work closely with Finance teams in different countries, Global Process Owners, IT, and external advisors to drive compliance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives within the indirect tax domain.
Additionally, the Director will collaborate closely with the Global Tax team to ensure alignment of indirect tax strategy, compliance, and risk management across all jurisdictions.
