Job Summary:
The Service Manager is responsible to meet or exceed Service department goals at a branch.
The SM directly supervises District Managers and has ultimate responsibility for the success of the Service department.

Essential Functions:
- Recruit, develop and motivate a highly productive team of promotable DM's and RSR's through continual coaching and training, regular meetings, actively training and developing DM's to become future SM's, fostering a positive work environment, projecting a professional image and building strong relationships with each DM or RSR.
Also oversees disciplinary action taken in the department.
- Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding customer service.
Hold DM's accountable for customer visits, audits, new installs, problem solving, open communication and negotiating with customers.
The SM also participates in route ride-alongs and contacting customers on a regular basis.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed in the Service department, including safety, HR and Service SOP's.
Oversee the maintenance of Driver Qualification files and maintenance of delivery vehicles.
- Oversee all new account installs and personally attend major and corporate account installs.
- Manage retention and growth by motivating the Service team to solicit new customers and retain current customers, up-sell/cross-sell/sample all lines of service or product and ensure a profitable product mix.
Monitor and report competitive activity.

Job Summary:
The Shuttle Driver operates a vehicle for the loading and delivery of products from a processing facility to Service Centers or Depots, loading product there and returning back to the processing facility on the same shift, with possible multiple trips in a shift.
Reports to Service supervision.
Essential Functions:
- Load and unload product on the shuttle vehicle in a safe, timely and accurate manner.
- Verify product requirements for each trip, secure products and shuttle vehicle, pick up and/or deliver office security bags, and fill out paperwork accurately.
- Safely operate the shuttle vehicle on each trip, following all applicable laws and company policy.
- Follow instructions and perform other related tasks as directed by supervision.
Additional Functions:
- May occasionally work with and support other service personnel as required by supervision.
Qualifications:
- Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
- Have and maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding or safety -violations.
- Demonstrate excellent skills in the operation of commercial vehicles and have a verifiable minimum one year experience of safe and successful commercial driving.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to comprehend and follow direction and good time management skills.
- Recognize colors, sizes and types of product and count, add and subtract accurately.
Typical Environmental Conditions:
- Inside a commercial vehicle, inside and outside loading areas of a typical industrial laundry facility, Service Center or depot.
Travel Requirements:
- Every shift by commercial vehicle
Education:
High School graduation or similar experience.
Typical Physical Activity:
- Physical Demands consist of standing, sitting, walking, stooping, reaching overhead, driving, grasping, moving equipment, pushing, pulling, reading, speaking, hearing and lifting up to 75 lbs.
