The Opportunity
* Graduates from our Emergency Psychiatry Fellowship will become pioneers in a unique and emerging specialty that will transform how Emergency Departments treat psychiatric patients.
* The successful fellow will receive training by nationally recognized experts in the field of Emergency Psychiatry.
* Training will focus on the assessment, management, and disposition of emergency psychiatric patients through hands-on experience in both the medical ED and various acute psychiatric settings.
* Fellows will gain experience as a physician leader of an inter-disciplinary team to shape improvements in the system-based delivery of emergency psychiatric care.

The Clinical Site Veterinarian serves the Winslow site as a site veterinarian by providing health care to animals in Manufacturing and Quality departments.

General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by

Prepare written correspondence as necessary.
Retrieve medical records when requested by authorized personnel (i.e., physicians, nurses, government agencies and personnel, etc.) Assure that medical records taken from the department are signed out and signed in upon return to the department.
File active and inactive records in accordance with established policies.
Index medical records as directed.
