The practical bits
* Rota pattern includes shifts of 07:30-15:00 and 14:30-22:00.
You will work 5 shifts each week and there is some weekend working(not every weekend)
* You will be responsible for your own case load, ensuring that you are supporting our young person from tenancy start to successful move on, whilst developing their independent living skills.
* You will be fully based at our service.
There is no element of home working.
* You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)
* A vehicle insured for business use is a preference for this role (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
