Job Duties & Responsibilities:


* Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care


* Lead and mentor a team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists


* Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs


* Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies


* Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other interdisciplinary teams


* Manage budgets, staffing, and strategic planning for the rehab department


* Implement and oversee our sensory program to enhance therapy outcomes


* Foster a positive and motivating environment for both staff and patients

Qualifications:


* Licensed as a PT, OT, or SLP (or eligible for licensure)


* Experience in rehabilitation leadership preferred


* Strong team-building and leadership skills


* Passion for patient care and innovative therapy programs
