What you’ll do
* As Semi-skilled Construction Operative, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
* Supporting our trades team across a range of repairs, maintenance and property refurbishment tasks including Joiners, Roofers, Decorators, Bricklayers, Plumbers etc.
* Site activities including clearing, disposals, driving and storage of materials. You’ll support us to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes.

* Experience in a range of semi-skilled work in a maintenance environment.

What to expect:
As the driver you will a ssist residents with loading and unloading from facility-approved vehicles.
Ensure the safe transportation of residents to scheduled medical appointments or other approved activities, resident outings, etc.
As a CNA, you will provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses.

Successful Candidates:
Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO
Minimum - 25 years old in order to drive the vehicle
Must have a valid DL
Must be familiar with GPS and local driving area
No Traffic Crimes in the last 7 years (DUI, DWS, Reckless Driving)
No Traffic Felonies (Multiple DUI, or DWS, Leaving Scene with Injuries, Assault with Vehicle)
Not more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
Not more than one accident in 3 years
Rate Range - $20-28/hour

General Purpose
Performs a variety of general laundry and housekeeping/cleaning duties to provide quality laundry service and to maintain the nursing home in a sanitary manner, and free from offensive orders.
Essential Duties
* Make available a quantity of clean linen for proper care and comfort of all residents.
* Maintain all linen in good repair and remove from service any linen with holes and/or stains.
* Collect laundry from residents daily or as needed.
* Label new resident's clothing items as needed
* Sorting, treat, wash, dry and fold clothing and linens
* Deliver clean laundry items to resident rooms
* Follows all sanitary processes and procedures related to laundry duties Maintain inventory of laundry supplies
* Use all laundry equipment and supplies in a safe manner.
* Report laundry equipment issues to the Administrator

Qualification
Education and/or Experience
