Key Responsibilities:
* Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for residents
* Conduct assessments, administer medications & treatments
* Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff on shift
* Ensure compliance with care plans, facility policies & state/federal regulations
* Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in resident condition
* Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges & incident reports
* Promote a positive, safe, and caring environment
Qualifications:
* Current CA RN license in good standing
* Prior SNF/long-term care experience preferred
* Strong leadership, communication & clinical skills
* Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
