Bring your energy to San Francisco Post Acute! As an Activity Assistant, you'll partner with our Director to create a vibrant, engaging environment.

You are the "spark" that keeps our residents socially connected and physically active through meaningful daily experiences.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead & Engage: Facilitate group games, personal hobbies, and local outings.


* Create & Coordinate: Assist with monthly calendars and track resident participation.


* Support & Personalize: Contribute to care plans and provide tools for independent activities.

Qualifications


* Education: High school diploma or GED.


* Background: One year of long-term care experience preferred.


* Skills: Strong communication and a positive, "can-do" attitude.


* Physical: Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
