We are seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) to join our team and help support the well‑being, dignity, and comfort of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes promptly
* Assist residents with daily care needs and respond to concerns professionally
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

* Respond to emergencies using sound nursing judgment

Qualifications
* Current LPN license in the State of Kentucky
