The County of Riverside - Riverside University Health System (RUHS) - Behavioral Health is seeking multiple Licensed Vocational Nurse I/IIs to join their Windy Springs ACT/FACT Clinic and MHSA FSP Adult Irsc-Desert teams in Palm Springs .
Under supervision and direction of a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or physician, performs nursing duties within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act for vocational nursing in the care of patients in the Department of Mental Health or Public Health Ambulatory Family Health Center; and perform other related duties as required.
Adult services is expanding service delivery through the Implementation of BHSA/BH Connect evidenced based practices (ACT/FACT and IPS), alongside Full-Service Partnership Intensive Case Management Services (FSP ICM).
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT), evidence-based practices that provide intensive, field-based, multidisciplinary, team-based services for adults with serious mental illness.
ACT/FACT supports individuals with complex behavioral health needs who may have experienced frequent hospitalization, homelessness, or involvement with the criminal justice system.
FACT includes additional focus on individuals with justice system involvement.
Services are individualized and delivered in the community to support stabilization, recovery, and improved functioning.
Care provided is comprehensive and time unlimited.

Je vindt het leuk om de tandarts te assisteren bij de voorbereiding, uitvoering en afronding van patiënten behandelingen.
Je werkt hierbij volgens de klinische protocollen, richtlijnen en afspraken.

We zoeken iemand die een langdurige samenwerking ambieert en zich herkent in het volgende:
* Je beschikt over een diploma tandartsassistent
* Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal
* Je hebt enige ervaring als assistent (of uit werk of uit stage periode)
* Je vindt bij- en nascholing belangrijk in je persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling
* Je kan zowel goed zelfstandig als in teamverband werken
* Je bent in het bezit van een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) of bereid deze aan te vragen
