Dans le cadre de l'intégration des sociétés de Hermès Manufacture de Métaux en 2020 au sein du groupe Hermès et de la construction d'un projet industriel et humain commun à l'ensemble du pôle et à la suite d'une mobilité interne, nous recherchons un/e Chef/fe d'atelier galvanisation.
Votre Rôle
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Production Aval, vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble du flux de galvanisation, depuis les opérations de préparation jusqu'à la finition aval.
Vous encadrez une équipe d'environ 10 collaborateurs et jouez un rôle clé dans la qualité des finitions, l'organisation de l'atelier et la performance industrielle.
Vos missions principales :

Management et animation d'équipe
* Encadrer, animer et développer une équipe de galvanoplastes et d'opérateurs
* Organiser le travail, gérer les plannings et les priorités de production
* Accompagner la montée en compétences et l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
* Favoriser un climat de coopération et de performance collective
Pilotage de la production
* Organiser et planifier l'activité des ateliers de galvanisation (unitaire et vrac)
* Piloter les priorités selon le plan de production et les contraintes techniques
* Suivre les indicateurs de performance (qualité, délais, productivité)
* Assurer la maîtrise technique des procédés, notamment sur lignes de galvanisation
Qualité, sécurité et environnement de travail
* Garantir la conformité des pièces aux exigences qualité Hermès
* Veiller au respect strict des règles HSE, notamment liées aux produits chimiques
* Animer et faire vivre les standards 5S dans l'atelier
* Assurer le bon fonctionnement et l'entretien des équipements en lien avec la maintenance
Amélioration continue
* Proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration des procédés et de l'organisation
* Contribuer aux projets de fiabilisation et de montée en capacité
* Inscrire la performance dans une démarche durable et collective

Principales activités
